Banquet & Meeting Facilities

As a member of the club, you have the privilege of reserving any of our banquet and meeting spaces for private use. Members are allowed to schedule functions for their own private parties, on behalf of their business, or for an organization that they are a member of. All functions must be scheduled in advance with management or through the club receptionist.

Large functions, such as weddings, may be arranged for members' immediate family (son, daughter, grand-son, grand-daughter only) The entire Main Dining Room, Ballroom and adjacent rooms may be reserved for such functions with the prior approval of the Board. Large private functions are subject to a 72 hour cancellation charge.

Reservations must be made for private parties in the Directors Room, Gallery Room, Formal Porches, or the Main Dining Room. The Board of Directors must approve exclusive use of an extensive portion of the Main Dining Room, or Ballroom.

The club has the resources to help in all aspects of your party. We have the ability to personalize your menu. We have the experience and the professional staff that makes everything easier for you and ensures a quality event for you and your guests.

The clubhouse capacity for parties is 300 persons.
